These three companies use Easyresearch in different ways to communicate with both external and internal stakeholders. McDonald's have focused on surveys among staff, restaurant managers and franchise holders. MalacoLeaf work with test panels to try out new products and flavors before launching them on the market. SF Bio communicate with their customers through their web site by inviting them to participate in the online survey via a clickable link.

Several clients of ours have previously used paper based methods when conducting a survey. This has proved to be a very time consuming method particularly with regard to the gathering of the results. By conducting an online survey, the time spent from the distribution of the questionnaire to arriving at the final result has been considerably reduced.
