To have flexibility as a customer to choose what parts of your projects you want to do yourself and what parts you would like to have some help with, we offer a number of flexible services around our solutions. Within Easyresearch there is the competence to handle all incoming features when you work with feedback and analysis. Our services can be divided in two parts:

Education

Within the education area we offer both general courses for beginners and more customised special courses within our products and solutions. Within our general education, we offer a two hour starting course that refers to give one or several users of our products a basic knowledge of how to create a questionnaire, collect data, analyse and report the results. Another popular course is our half day workshop, where we, together with you, go through and set up a real case for your company. Our specialized courses are often customised with a special purpose and with regards to the level of prior knowledge.

Consultant assistance

We can help you with all the parts of your project. You may choose which part or parts you want to have help with. It may be helpful to put a questionnaire together, a review of an already existing questionnaire, selection managing, response scales, reporting, presentation or other parts of your projects. This is often a very cost-effective method, where the point is to do a part of the work yourself and let us assist you with other parts.
