Increased flexibility in questionnaire design
New functions have been added to Easyresearch. A description of the changes in the system follows.
A more dynamic user interface
The questionnaire section of the tool has been rebuilt to support a faster and more dynamic user interface. Among other things, you will notice this through a highly reduced need to reload the page to perform different operations.
Preview questions
It is now possible to preview questions before saving them to the questionnaire. This is done under preview in the New question window. You can also preview already saved questions by clicking the symbol  next to the question in the overview. Any style settings made in the design template of the questionnaire are used when previewing the question.
Preview the questionnaire header
Just as for questions, you can now preview the questionnaire header with all the style settings under preview in the text and title window
Preview media objects
On all the places where you can select a media object, you can now also preview the media object before making your choice. This is done by clicking the adjacent symbol . In the overview you can also preview the object by clicking  .
Shortcuts in the overview
To the right of every qeustion you will find a set if shortcut buttons for previewing questions, moving questions up or down and for deleting questions.
A new way of receiving information and support form Easyresearch
To complement the communication through newletters and email we have now introduced a message section in the tool. Here you will receive information regarding updates etc and it is also possible to send you own messages or questions to us. This way, all the information regarding the tool will be kept within the tool itself. When you have received a new message, the symbol  will be shown to the right of the upper button row.
Managing your messages
To the left is a list of your current messages. To read a message, simply click the subject of the message and it will be diplayed to the right. To send a new message to us, click New message, fill in your subject and message and then click send. You can also reply to a specific message by clicking the reply symbol next to the message. A description of the symbols used in the message section follows:
