How can I check if my e-mail recipients actually has received the survey?

When you import email addresses in Easyresearch, the system checks for addresses with incorrect syntax. The invalid addesses are always displayed at the top of the page, which makes it easy for you to see them and make the appropriate changes. In all surveys distributed by email, Easyresearch automatically handles all the returned mail or "bounces" and creates delivery failure reports in the for the recipients that could not be reached. In most cases a delivery failure report will describe the reason why the survey couldnīt be delivered to that specific recipient.
