Feedback Manager is a complete product to collect, analyse and report feedback from customers, personnel, visitors and others in your surroundings.

The product is completely web based and is supplied via Internet as an ASP solution, which means that you do not need to install any software on your servers. The only thing needed to start using Feedback Manager is an ordinary PC with an internet connection.

No special knowledge is required to start using the product. The interface follows the same standard as a normal MS Office product, which makes most people feel familiar with the product right away.
