About the product

Feedback Manager is a platform that helps you collect and analyze information to develop your work and relations.


The solution is supplied as a service via Internet and is developed with the latest technology that gives you the feeling of a local application on your PC.


The platform contains four components which together offer a flexible and powerful solution with a user friendly interface.

Feedback Manager contains everything you need to follow through all the steps in the survey process. From the design of the questionnaire to the distribution and collection of responses.


With the powerful analysis and reporting stage you do all of your analysis and break downs and distribute reports to the persons concerned.

Questionnaires

In the questionnaire stage, you create your own questionnaires and adjust the layout so it will blend with your graphic profile. The functionality is very comprehensive.


Naturally you can choose from all sorts of response types and also build advanced intelligence into the questionnaire so that one question or a group of questions is only shown when the respondent answered in a certain way. This means you will not bother your respondents with irrelevant questions.


You can also build your own index based on one or several questions from the questionnaire, for example, Content-, Customer-Index, service index etc.

Recipients

It is easy to handle your respondents and organize them in to groups in the receiver stage. E-mail addresses and other information are quickly retrieved from your existing CRM system or address register. You can also import a complete organization structure and later be able to show the result for different levels and departments within the company and also compare these.


With the help of the background data about the respondent you can both pre-fill responses and base the logic of the questionnaire on already known information.


There are also other ways to reach your respondents, for example, you could invite them via a link or a popup on a website or via a postal dispatch.

Projects

To start a new project you only have to appoint which receivers should have which questionnaire and when. You can either send your questionnaire via e-mail or create a popup for a website. Naturally, it is also possible to create a link that can be used both in internet/intranet and as a registration link for telephone surveys.


All methods for collection can be combined freely within the same project. For example, the collection can be done both at the intranet and via e-mail dispatches.


There is the option to plan in advance the date for when the collection shall begin, when reminders should be sent and if the reminders should be sent relative to when the first dispatch was made.

Reports

In the result and reporting stage you follow the results in real time complete with graphs and tables.


You can create report templates and palettes with your logotype etc. to adjust the look of the report, according to your own desires. These settings are later used in both online reporting and for downloadable reports.


You can also simply share the whole or a part of a certain selection by dynamic links that are updated in real time.

Analysis and filtering

There are advanced functions for different forms of direct analysis and filtering of collected data. You can for instance see the results of respondents that have responded in a certain way or for those who belong to a certain part of the organization.


There is also a possibility to break down the results based on background data about the respondents. You are able to quickly distinguish patterns, compare the results to prior data and see trends over time.

Position chart

With the help of a position chart you can combine for example the question of how important something is to the respondent with how good the respondent thinks you are at the same thing.


By combining these questions you will get a very concrete image of what should be prioritized and what is less important.


Download finished reports or share your dynamic reports

You can create and download complete reports in a number of different formats, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF and SPSS.


There is also the option to define dynamic reports of the whole or parts of the result. You will easily create the whole report package with individual login to your interested parties. Then you can distribute these to those who should share the results. For example, the department managers can get a view where they can follow the results for their own department. That the views are dynamic means that they are updated in real time with the latest information.

Getting started

For you to get started and working with the product as soon as possible, there is a specially developed start education to an optional number of users within your organization. Normally we conduct this at your premises. The training only takes two hours and you will quickly get a good picture of how you work with the tool.

Access to the product

The product is completely web based and is supplied via Internet as an On Demand solution, which means you don't have to install any software on your own servers. The only thing you need to start using Feedback Manager is a normal PC with an internet connection.

Working with the product

The interface of the product resembles MS Outlook, which makes it very easy to users of MS Outlook to learn Feedback Manager. Along with this likeness the product works as traditional software that you have installed on your own PC, but with the exception that you don't have to install it locally.

Support

Our support department is always available when you need help or have queries about the product. As a user of Feedback Manager, personal support is included in your license free of charge.
