Easyresearch and QuestBack Join Forces

Easyresearch and the norwegian company QuestBack have entered into an agreement to join forces. The Company will have 80 employees in the Nordic countries (120 in total in Europe). Through QuestBack Holding AS, the Company will be owned in its entirety by Reiten & Co and the Company's employees.
How will this affect you as a Easyresearch customer?
In the short-term this will not affect your use of Easyresearch at all. The Easyresearch service will be run, supported and developed at the same level as usual, and you will be able to use the services as usual.
The amalgamated company will have even more resources to put at the disposition of customers and a dedicated team will continue to deliver support, quality assurance, workshops and courses to all existing customers.
In the longer term, you will experience exciting developments in your Easyresearch offering, which will benefit all our customers.
Even more R&D resources to continue developing the service. You will experience continuous improvement, and a major focus on ease of use.
A strengthened customer care team available to tend to your needs within support, quality assurance, workshops and training.
The new company will be a major international player with presence in 19 countries. Great opportunities for cross-border agreements for customers with international presence.
You will have the same contact person as before.
